Since opening MIKKON Construction in October 1988, my company has been building beautiful homes in Powhatan, Virginia and the surrounding counties. Each year my company builds 6 - 8 custom homes which include additions and renovations allowing me to closely supervise all construction phases on a daily basis.

I have tremendous pride in the product that carries my name and am continually striving to provide the highest level of service to my customers before, during and after the construction of their homes. Many of my subcontractors have been with me since beginning my business over 20 years ago. Each understands my expectations regarding quality and professionalism. I am very confident in the team that I have put together and know that they take as much pride in their work as I do in the homes and projects that I build.

It is important to me that I am able to develop a relationship of trust and respect with each client from the first meeting. I work one on one with each homeowner from the inception of a plan to the move in date making sure that they are involved in every phase of the project. 

My goal is to make each customer feel positive about the building experience. I am able to achieve this with the support of many skilled craftsmen committed to the highest level of quality. I make sure that I am easily accessible to each homeowner and available to meet regularly with them to review the construction progress. I build each home as if I were building it for myself and make every effort to ensure that the process is enjoyable for each homeowner.
